uhhh not sure dude never told me when i bought it. but im like 5"10 and its perfect for me so if ur a bit shorter or taller it shuold be fine.
yeh i have brakes there all set up and everything there just not in the pic. they work pretty awesome for bmx brakes too

haha no not many scratches at all its just the reflection and its black and purple the back half is a really dark purple almost black and the front is black
